Founder
Collette is an educator and curriculum developer with a background in learning sciences and biology. She founded Teacher-CV to create hands-on, inclusive board games that support student engagement in science. Her work blends classroom experience and research to make learning more accessible and equitable.
Curriculum Advisor
Sophie is a middle school educator who supports the Teacher-CV team as our Middle School Curriculum Advisor. She helps ensure that our game-based learning materials are age-appropriate, inclusive, and clear. Drawing on her classroom experience, Sophie reviews content for tone and engagement, helping connect creative ideas with everyday teaching.
Editorial Lead
Hilary supports the Teacher-CV team as Editorial Lead, helping shape the clarity and tone of our content. With a background in writing and editing, she focuses on grammar, structure, and voice to make complex ideas more accessible and engaging. Her careful feedback helps ensure our materials stay clear, consistent, and aligned with our goals.
Creative Strategy Support
Todd supports the Teacher-CV team behind the scenes, offering thoughtful input throughout the game development process. He helps think through design challenges, test ideas, and fine-tune game mechanics to keep them engaging and educational. His steady presence and practical approach are a valuable part of how our games take shape.

Piloted multiple games through the local schools in Boulder Colorado, that support climate literacy and active learning.
